Hi!

Things are looking up after the last dooms-day post. But hey, I try to keep things accurate around here, and sometimes, that includes horrible disappointment and dismay. 

Anyway, some stories I thought you would enjoy:

Zimt got its second order from Whole Foods on Cambie! This made me really happy, because a repeat order is a big deal. I remember when I got the first repeat order from Greens- what a stellar day. It is one thing to get a product you've created into a retail location, but it is quite another to have it ordered again. Repeat business!

It was kind of tough, though, because I got less than 48 hours notice for a really large order and ended up leaving the kitchen at 5:30 am! Woah! That was a record.  Got it done, though =) And then I had a demo that day. I think. I don't even remember, it may have been another day that just blended into that day. That happens a lot. 

What else- apparently I was representing Zimt on Shaw channel 4. It was via BCIT. I am working on getting the link!

Also, I started to officially train my friend of 17 years (!), Renata, to work for Zimt! I am so thankful. We went to summer camp together and elementary school.  

Some other things happened that I cannot recall- but I will hopefully remember them and write about them.

One thing I just remembered, is, retail locations are starting to come to me to ask about carrying Zimt! Not the other way around. How refreshing!


I desperately need to clean up my files. So. Bad.
